The XYZ Show, a ground-breaking television project produced by Buni Ltd, that premiered on May 17th and currently airs on Sundays at 9:45pm on Citizen TV.
Innovative and irreverent, The XYZ Show is at the crossroads of political commentary and entertainment. Every week, The XYZ Show and its cast of life-size puppets will react to current affairs and major social issues. From corruption scandals to our politicians’ inefficiency at implementing reform, no topic will be out of reach for The XYZ Show.
Using humor and satire, The XYZ show will challenge political and popular figures and hold them accountable. We will poke fun at whoever is in power, so yes, we do expect to ruffle a few feathers.
Besides being revolutionary in its content, The XYZ Show is also a major technical achievement: the life-size puppets are conceived and produced locally using sophisticated materials and techniques that were until now unknown in the region.
